Not at all! We welcome complete beginners. Our beginner courses start from scratch — including how to read Pinyin and get your tones right. All you need is curiosity.

Classes are taught primarily in Chinese (Mandarin), with English used minimally as a support tool for beginners. This immersive approach dramatically speeds up progress. Our teachers are highly experienced at communicating through pictures, gestures, and context.

Most students hold basic conversations after 6–8 weeks of regular classes. The biggest early hurdle is tones — but our teachers have proven techniques that make this click faster than you'd expect.

All our lessons are online, so you can join from anywhere in the world. Just make sure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet spot.

We issue certificates of completion for all our courses. We also offer dedicated HSK exam preparation and can help you register for the official HSK exam at an accredited test centre.
