Questions about booking

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the lesson starts. Contact us via WhatsApp or email and we'll sort it out quickly.
Just a laptop, tablet, or phone with a working camera and microphone, and a stable internet connection. We use Zoom — free to download.
Start with the €5 trial lesson. Your teacher will assess your level and recommend the best course. No experience needed — complete beginners are very welcome.
Yes! We offer discounted lesson bundles. After your trial lesson, your teacher will explain the available packages and help you choose the best fit.
We welcome children from age 3 up to 18. Lessons are adapted to the child's age, attention span, and learning style — from playful picture-based lessons for young children to structured exam prep for teenagers.
